Course Description.
This course is aimed at new Line Managers who have been in a Management role for 12 months or less, or as a refresher for established Line Managers. The workshop can be delivered to an audience of up to 16 delegates with 1 Trainer.

Course Length
The workshop lasts for 3.5 hours using interactive exercises in small groups and pairs.

Materials needed
Flipchart paper for Trainer to capture responses.
Slides printed in handout form for delegates to make notes on.
Accompanying handouts printed out.
